Weekly planning board template for Todowl
A ready-made Todowl project layout for planning one week at a time: three columns, a short daily habit list, and a rule for what goes where.
A simple kanban layout for planning a single week: three columns to move tasks through, plus a short list of daily habits to check alongside them. Copy the structure into a new Todowl project and it is ready to use the same day.
- Create a project named after the current week, e.g. "Week of Mon 24".
- Add three kanban columns: To do, In progress, Done.
- Add every task you already know about for the week into To do, with a due date where it matters.
- Turn on the calendar view for the same project so due dates show up alongside your existing events.
- Add three or four habits to track for the week - the ones that tend to slip when things get busy.
- At the end of the week, archive Done and start the next week's project from the same three columns.
