Is there a free all-in-one task and calendar app?
ToDowl has a free plan with unlimited tasks and notes, three projects and three lists in each, and money tracking in one account. The calendar and the AI assistant are part of Pro, which costs $6.99 a month. There is no trial countdown and no credit card required to start.
What is the difference between ToDowl and Todoist or TickTick?
Todoist and TickTick are more mature task managers with years of polish; ToDowl trades some of that depth for having tasks, calendar, notes, habits and money already connected in the same account from day one. If you only need a task list, Todoist is a fair choice; if the ten-app problem is what bothers you, ToDowl is built for that.
Can I use ToDowl instead of Notion for personal planning?
You can, if you want a workspace that is set up for you instead of one you build yourself. Notion can replicate most of what ToDowl does, but it takes templates and setup time; ToDowl ships tasks, calendar, notes and habits already wired together.
Does ToDowl sync with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar?

Is there a habit tracker built into a to-do app like ToDowl?
The habit tracker is built but not switched on yet: a monthly grid grouped by time of day, with streaks that show completion honestly. It will live in the same account as your tasks, so a heavy week and a dropped habit sit side by side. Everything else on this page works today.
Can ToDowl track money in more than one currency?
Yes, ToDowl tracks income, spending, budgets and subscriptions in 20 currencies, with exchange rates that refresh automatically. It is one part of the app, not a separate tool you have to open.
Do I need to install ToDowl or does it work in a browser?
ToDowl runs at app.todowl.com in any modern browser, on a laptop, tablet or phone, with nothing to install. You can add it to your home screen if you want it to open like an app.
